Oregon signee Ryan Pellum details his Signing Day flip from USC

By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Long Beach Millikan (Calif.) wide out Ryan Pellum flipped his commitment from USC to Oregon on Signing Day and broke down his decision earlier this week in Orlando.

Pellum is one of the nation’s top wide receiver prospects and has stood out at this week’s Under Armour All-America Game practices. He’s one of the better route runners in the country and knows how to set up an opposing corner.
