By Jared Mack, Duck Territory: Oregon is officially off and running in the transfer portal, as they secured a commitment from former Purdue safety Dillon Thieneman on Saturday afternoon. Thieneman announced his commitment via social media.
Thieneman, a two-year starter at Purdue, was the 2023 True Freshman of the Year winner from 247 Sports, as he finished the season with 106 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and six interceptions as a true freshman.
