Duck Territory: The 12th-ranked Oregon Ducks failed to play mistake-free football on Saturday night. However, what can you really expect in the first game after an extended offseason?
The Ducks turned it over twice in the first half, and struggled at times to slow the Cardinal offense, but eventually their new quarterback settled in and so did the team as they pulled away for a season-opening 35-14 win over Stanford at Autzen Stadium.
