By Griffin McVeigh, On3 Sports: Oregon is a brand new member of the Big Ten Conference after spending years in the Pac-12. Conference members were not really familiar with them, while folks in Eugene had quite a lot to learn about the Big Ten. So there was nobody better to scout the conference out than the program’s mascot, the Oregon Duck.
Over the past few weeks, the Duck would post photos from different Big Ten football stadiums, mainly asking to be let in. His journey began at Nebraska on July 30, slowly making his way out East to Rutgers on Aug. 10. Before getting back to Eugene, stops were made on the West Coast to visit the familiar Pac-12 schools.
