By James Crepea, The Oregonian/OregonLive: Jeff Bassa is accustomed to making Oregon’s defensive calls and now he and other members of the Ducks linebacking corps will have to look less to the sideline between plays.
Bassa and fellow inside linebackers Jestin Jacobs, Devon Jackson and Jerry Mixon have been practicing this spring with a recently approved in-helmet communication system that allows for coaches to speak directly to players via radio.
