By Bjorn Bergstrom, Ducks Wire: Just when it looked like it couldn’t get any worse for the Oregon Ducks at the running back position, it appears that there’s a possibility that it certainly could.
With the latest release of the Ducks‘ injury report on Thursday night, less than 24 hours before kickoff against the No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers in the College Football Playoff Semifinals, starting running back Noah Whittington has popped up with a “questionable” designation. The exact injury is unclear.
Whittington was believed to be one of three available and healthy scholarship running backs with the Ducks, alongside true freshman Dierre Hill Jr. and redshirt junior Jay Harris, who is with the team despite officially entering the transfer portal.
