Noah Sewell on why he declared for 2023 draft, why production fell in 2022

The former Oregon Ducks middle linebacker was robbed of the former in 2020 due to the pandemic and is in the process of making the latter come to fruition, which could come with an opportunity to reunite with his brother too.
