By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Washington State finally broke free in the second half from the red zone voodoo keeping the team out of the end zone, and Nick Rolovich said it felt like they got a monkey off their backs in Saturday’s 31-24 win over Oregon State.
Coming into Saturday, WSU ranked 118th in the FBS in red zone offense with just a 66 percent score rate on 24 red zone trips (10 TDs, 6 FGs).
