New Mexico men's hoops HC Richard Pitino leaving Lobos for Xavier job

By Matt Norlander, CBS Sports: Xavier athletic director Greg Christopher flew to New Mexico on Tuesday to try and convince Lobos men’s basketball coach Richard Pitino to be the next coach of the Musketeers.

He got it done.

On Tuesday night Pitino accepted, sources told CBS Sports.
