By Daniel Libit & Michael McCann, Sportico: The attorneys general of Montana and South Dakota are contemplating taking legal action to challenge aspects of the House v. NCAA settlement deal.
“The settlement is unfair to Montana universities,” a spokesperson for Montana attorney general Austin Knudsen said. “We are looking into what legal actions we can take.”
