The college basketball regular season is scheduled to begin on November 10, but a final decision on the start date is expected to come in September. “I think at this point we’re probably looking at some time in September, having to make decisions about whether we stick with the plan to start on Nov. 10 or consider other alternatives,” NCAA senior vice president Dan Gavitt told Andy Katz.
