NCAA allowing CFB teams to schedule own bowl game after December 19

KSL Sports: The NCAA is allowing college football teams to make up their own bowl game after December 19, according to Bryan Fischer of Athlon Sports.

The news comes following multiple weeks of continued cancellation by bowl game committees and now allows Athletic Directors to pursue a further game.
