By Chris Murray, Nevada Sports Net: With college football’s national championship game being played Monday, the 2021 season is almost over. From the Mountain West’s perspective, the season is over.
And it wasn’t a great year for the league, which didn’t have a team in the AP Top 25 the entire season (Fresno State or Air Force could sneak onto the final poll) and went 3-4 in bowl games.
