By Daniel Morrison, On3: There was a report by Brett McMurphy of Action Network that Mizzou does not want to play Kansas in the Liberty Bowl. In his report, McMurphy speculated that because of this, the game wouldn’t feature the two programs.
Missouri and Kansas are traditional rivals in what is known as the Border War.
