In the season opener, No. 23 USC earned a statement 27-20 win over No. 13 LSU Sunday night in Las Vegas behind the stellar play of first-year starting quarterback Miller Moss. After sitting behind reigning Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Caleb Williams for the past two seasons at USC, Miller finally got his opportunity to make his first regular-season start and finished the game throwing for 378 yards and a touchdown.
