The Seminoles have made it clear they have intentions to leave the ACC and are negotiating a way to do so.

Notre Dame is still one of the biggest enigma out there in the realignment world given their TV value and their continued opposition to joining a conference.
USC under Lincoln Riley has made good moves this offseason to improve their defensive unit, which has held them back during his time in Los Angeles. 
With D’Anton Lynn and several impact transfers, the Trojans are a sneaky Big 10 contender and will win at least 8 games this year.
