ESPN released its FPI rankings (football power index) and had Oregon second in the country only to Georgia–the national title favorites.

On today’s episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin is joined by Max Torres of ScoopDuck.com and the ‘Ducks Dish’ podcast.

He dives into why Oregon is looking to add Texas A&M starting center Bryce Foster in the transfer portal.

Oregon Ducks Logo Pac-12Max also shares his pop candidates in 2024 from last year’s team, one on offense and one on defense.
