San Diego State issued a letter last week going back on their previous letter which had stated their intention to leave the Mountain West.
The conference decided not to grant them the extension they sought, yet somehow they seem to have obtained one by default.
On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I react to the latest news about SDSU from the Mountain West and discuss a truly epic battle of semantics for the Aztecs as they look to join the Pac-12.
I also look at what could happen with the Pac-12 Network and how a streaming partner like Apple+ TV potentially taking over could play out in the future.
The Pac-12 is set up to have some serious depth as a conference in football this year. Still, a common misconception can be applied as we go throughout the season when trying to determine who’s good and who isn’t.
