Dan Lanning has carried the torch from Mario Cristobal on the recruiting front, having already helped Oregon secure a top-10 class in the 2023 cycle.

Lanning is poised to continue that trend of bringing high-level talent to Eugene going forward.

On today’s episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin is joined by Max Torres, who covers Oregon for Fan Nation at Sports Illustrated.

Oregon kicked the tires on going after 2023 5-star TE Deuce Robinson, but it looks like his future lies elsewhere.

Despite their track record on highly-rated signal callers being a bit shaky, the Ducks should still go after the best prospects they can find.
