McLaughlin: Pac-12 Should Keep Eye on Schools to Add

The Pac-12 missed an opportunity years ago to be proactive on the expansion front, and now they’re on the defensive.

Conference commissioner George Kliavkoff would be best served to already have teams in mind.

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I look at schools for the league to keep an eye on going forward.

The state of Texas could have several options, but long-term expansion teams might go beyond the Lone Star State.

Pac-12 Presidents and Athletic Directors recently created a media flurry to cast dispersions on the idea that the conference is on the brink of collapse.

Since then, nobody has spoken and no deal has materialized.
