Lincoln Riley’s USC Trojans are bringing in the most talent in the 2023 recruiting cycle (factoring in the transfer portal), just edging out Oregon for the top spot.

That meets but does not exceed the expectations that USC fans should have for their program.

How did the rest of the league fair?

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I’m joined by ‘Locked On Utes’ host JT Wistrcill.

Most Pac-12 schools at the very least met what their expectations were heading into the offseason as they look to build into the 2023 season.

Just a couple of programs fell below where they had the potential to be at this time.
