We go through each program’s final 2023 ranking and assess whether or not they met their expectations for the latest round of talent acquisition.
Most Pac-12 schools at the very least met what their expectations were heading into the offseason as they look to build into the 2023 season.
Just a couple of programs fell below where they had the potential to be at this time.
