McLaughlin: Is Gonzaga Hoops a Good Fit for the Pac-12?

San Diego State and SMU appear to be the most likely additions to the Pac-12 conference should they stay at 12 teams after the looming departures of USC and UCLA.

Football makes up the majority of a conference’s value, so is there any appeal to adding a premier basketball school like Gonzaga for just one sport?

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, Spencer McLaughlin is joined by Andy Patton of ‘Locked On Gonzaga Bulldogs’ to talk about whether or not the league could add Gonzaga.

What sort of roadblocks do the Bulldogs face to joining the league in the future?

Are they destined to remain in the WCC? Pac-12 Presidents might be hard-pressed to add Gonzaga, but could they do so as a basketball only-addition rather than being a full-time member?
