Utah comes into Spring Football as the 2-time defending Pac-12 Football champions with key returners but also key departures that have to be replaced.

They aren’t the only Pac-12 title contender with significant questions to answer right now.

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I ask the biggest questions around the Conference as Spring Football gets underway.

Cal Men’s Basketball has hired Utah Valley’s Mark Madsen to be its next coach, which is a good hire for the Bears.

Madsen heading off to Berkeley to try and rebuild a Bears program that had one of the worst seasons in recent memory this year, winning just three games.

His hire also represents a potential missed opportunity by another Pac-12 school.
