Oregon State and Washington State have options in front of them as they look to the future and a potentially rebuilt Pac-12 conference with a slew of teams from other leagues.

Could that league ever be considered a “power conference” once again?

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I also talk about Washington being an underdog (again) against Michigan in the national championship.

Will they follow TCU’s trajectory or is Vegas truly unsure of how to set lines on their games?

Oregon State QB DJ Uiagalelei announced his transfer to Florida State, while Washington State’s Cam Ward declared for the NFL Draft.
