The links between the Pac-12 and the Big 12 have been numerous over the last couple of months with both negotiating new media deals amidst key TV losses (Oklahoma/Texas and USC/UCLA).

Just how similar are the 2 western-most Power 5 conferences?

They discuss the latest on the Pac-12’s media rights negotiations and what the expectations should be in the coming weeks.

Going forward, both leagues are going to be operating without two schools that have been a huge part of their TV appeal for football.

One league is stronger at the top, but one has a group of schools that don’t “bottom out” quite as hard.
