By Erik Skopil, Duck Territory: The enthusiasm that comes with the beginning of spring ball, which will consist of 15 practices including the program’s spring game on May 1, was impossible to miss on Thursday.
Oregon head coach Mario Cristobal spoke in glowing terms about numerous players during his more than 20 minutes with media members. Cristobal had to restrain himself from running through everyone who had caught his eye on the first day of spring, saying he’d be “short-changing” the team if he didn’t name “the entire roster”.
