By Cody Nagel, Bruin Report Online: LSU women’s basketball star Angel Reese appeared to be involved in a brief incident during the postgame handshake line after the Tigers defeated UCLA on Saturday in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
The exchange of words from Reese directed at a member of the Bruins’ coaching staff stemmed from a moment late in the game when Reese was seen talking to the UCLA bench after fouling out with less than a minute remaining in the game.
