By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan.com: Washington State third-year linebacker Travion Brown (6-3, 230) said the Cougar defense as a unit played exceptionally well in the first scrimmage of fall camp on Saturday. And as a linebacker in a good vantage point to notice, he said it was keyed by the work done up front.
“First of all I have to give a shout-out to our whole D-Line,” Brown said. “Our D-Line killed it today. Our EDGEs were getting good pass rushes, our tackles were getting past the linemen, so I gotta give it to our D-Line.”
