By Erik Skopil, Duck Territory: The Ducks have landed a commitment from 4-star in-state corner Josiah Molden of West Linn, he announced on Sunday morning. Molden is the state of Oregon’s top-ranked prospect in 2027 and the 209th overall player, per 247Sports rankings.
The 6-foot corner was a name to know around the state before ever playing a down of high school ball. The son of Oregon great Alex Molden, a standout corner in the 90s turned first round NFL Draft choice, Josiah has been a top target of schools for years before deciding on the Ducks on Sunday. Josiah Molden is also the younger brother of NFL defensive back Elijah Molden.
