By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Asked late Tuesday about the Pac-12’s assets and liabilities and how those numbers could shape the where and how of a landing spot for the conference’s last two members, Washington State and Oregon State, WSU President Kirk Schulz told Cougfan.com the university’s legal strategy is coming together quickly and crimson tongues will be wagging when it’s made public.
“The only thing I can really say today is within the next seven days, we’ll have a much more thoroughly announced legal strategy that I’m sure (Cougar Nation) is going to want to talk about once it’s out there,” said Schulz.
