Kicker Carter Brown becomes ASU's first 2022 pledge

Sun Devil Source: Arizona State picked up its first commitment of the 2022 class Friday from Pearland (Texas) Dawson High School kicker Carter Brown.

Brown, 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, said that ASU’s recent excellence with special teams and its success transitioning players from college to the NFL, including Arizona Cardinals kicker Zane Gonzalez and Miami Dolphins punter Matt Haack, played a significant role in his decision.
