By Chris Karpman, SunDevil Source: Arizona State found itself in an unparalleled position under third-year head coach Kenny Dillingham when the spring transfer portal window opened on Wednesday: he didn’t feel a sense of urgency to improve his roster.
When Dillingham first arrived on campus two years ago, he and his staff were in desperate need of help across the roster, relying heavily on the spring portal to build a foundation, needing all the help they could get in an offseason that included more transfer additions than any Power Four school except Colorado.
