By Matt Connolly, On3: Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer has quickly built the Huskies into a contender. In two seasons at Washington, DeBoer is 23-2, including a perfect 12-0 mark this year.
With success has come interest from other schools, but so far DeBoer has stayed put.
Washington Director of Athletics Troy Dannen is working on a new contract for his head coach to ensure that DeBoer doesn’t leave. DeBoer provided an update on Monday as far as where those talks are.
