CougFan: Kache Palacio was known for flying around the field during his time in a Washington State uniform and when you ask him now — five years after his final game in crimson — what he thought he was best remembered for at WSU, he responds succinctly: “for putting somebody on his butt.”
From 2012-15, Palacio was a blitzing, ball-punching, gap-filling menace as a BUCK/RUSH (a.k.a. combination outside linebacker and defensive end) for the Cougars. In his four years in Pullman he produced 26 tackles for loss, including 16 sacks, and seven forced fumbles.
