Justin Herbert to host golf tournament, raise money for Eugene's Kidsports

By Jonathan Warner, NBC Sports Northwest: Former Oregon Ducks QB Justin Herbert was born and raised in Eugene, OR and hasn’t forgotten his roots.

As he prepares to enter his second year in the NFL, Herbert is looking to give back to a special program that practically raised him.

On July 8th, Herbert will be hosting the Justin Herbert Golf Invitational where he will be looking to raise $100,000 for Kidsports – a local nonprofit providing youth sports programs for kids in the Eugene area.
