OregonLive.com: Justin Herbert said it seems like just the other day when coach Anthony Lynn told him he was going to start at quarterback against Kansas City just minutes before kickoff in Week 2.
The rookie hasn’t looked back since, posting impressive numbers while displaying the poise of a veteran and show that he is the Los Angeles Chargers’ franchise quarterback moving forward. Herbert indicated it’s hard for him to believe the Chargers (6-9) will close out their 2020 season with a game against Kansas City (14-1) on Sunday.
