By Jim Moore, CougFan: So let’s add it up starting with Saturday; the Cougar basketball team lost to Iowa State and was eliminated from the NCAA Tournament. Two days later, the head coach, Kyle Smith, left to take the job at Stanford. Another day later, Pat Chun leaves Washington State to become the athletic director at Washington.
The only thing that might make for a worse week is if we learn tomorrow that Jedd Fisch bailed on the Dawgs before coaching his first game and Jake Dickert has been hired to replace him.
