By Nick Kosko, On3 Sports: Jim Harbaugh was asked about the NCAA notice of allegations at his alma mater Michigan, amid fallout of the alleged sign stealing scandal.
The NOA would be related to the scandal that hit the program during the 2023 season under former head coach Harbaugh. At the time, he was punished by the Big Ten with a three-game suspension to finish the regular season.
