By Erik Skopil, Duck Territory: Celebrating big plays with props has become in vogue in college football. The turnover chain was popularized half-a-decade ago, and since then a variety of copycat props have made their way on to sidelines.
Autzen Stadium was treated to a new tradition in Saturday’s home opener. Following big moments on Saturday, Duck players were seen hoisting a Nike sneaker on a stake.
