By Thomas Goldkamp, On3 Sports: The College Football Playoff is fast approaching and prospective teams are already beginning to make plans for hosting first-round games on campus.
The Athletic recently obtained an e-mail sent to Penn State season ticket holders outlining some of the plans should the Nittany Lions host a playoff game.
