By Chris Fetters, Dawgman: There certainly was a buzz pregame when it was announced freshman Sam Huard was going to be the UW starting quarterback for the 113th Apple Cup.
Four interceptions later and the scoreboard reading 40-13 in favor of the Washington State Cougars, the buzz quickly turned into a hangover the Huskies couldn’t shake.
