Dawgman: When Washington came calling, Lufkin (Tx.) tailback Caleb Berry was surprised. He’d never even considered leaving the region, but when he began investigating the option of heading to the Pacific Northwest, it became an appealing place to play college football.
“I just really liked the opportunity up there,” Berry told Dawgman.com back in the fall. “They play big-time football, they have great academics and they put guys into the league. What else can you cask for?”
