By Melissa Santos, Axios Seattle: The University of Washington Huskies, who in January played for the national college football title, aren’t ranked among the top 25 teams heading into the fall season.
Why it matters: It’s quite the fall from grace — one that stings even more with Oregon, one of UW’s top football rivals, being ranked No. 3 in Monday’s preseason AP poll.
