By Justin Hopkins, ScoopDuck:Â One of the quarterbacks Joe Moorhead has the longest-standing relationship with in the country is Gordo (Ala.) star Tanner Bailey.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pounder was one of his top targets while at Mississippi State dating back to an offer as a freshman in high school. With Moorhead now at Oregon, that long-standing relationship has continued.
