By Greg Biggins, 247Sports: Van Nuys (Calif.) Birmingham athlete Peyton Waters announced he will play his college ball at Washington moments ago. Waters chose the Huskies after also officially visiting Northwestern, Stanford, UCLA and Utah.
“It was a tough decision, I liked all of those schools a lot,” Waters said.
