By Clint Buckley, 247Sports: In 2010, former USC running back Reggie Bush had his Heisman Trophy win vacated following an NCAA investigation that revealed Bush and his family received improper benefits during his college career. Now that the NCAA has officially paved the way for student-athletes to benefit financially off their name, image and likeness, some are arguing the Heisman should be returned to Bush.
