By Steve Bartle, UteZone: Kyle Whittingham and his Utah football program have received a very significant commitment from Oklahoma Sooners transfer receiver, Theo Howard.
This is an important addition to the Utes offense, especially for the receiver group in need of a big boost. Howard comes to Utah from Oklahoma but returns to the Pac-12 after he previously played at UCLA.
