By Jamey Vinneck, CougFan.com: DEZMON PATMON IS headed north. The former Washington State receiver signed with the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League last month and told Cougfan.com at the CougsFirst! QB Classic last week that the journey begins shortly.
“I’m heading up there in about a week and a half,” the hugely personable Patmon told CF.C in between holes at Palouse Ridge Golf Club. “So I’ll go up there and start training camp and it should be a fun time. I’m excited, I’ve never been to Canada but I’ve heard nothing but great things about Vancouver.”
