By Cameron Salerno, CBS Sports: Former UNLV quarterback Matthew Sluka ranks as the No. 2 overall player and the top-ranked quarterback in the 247Sports Transfer Portal Rankings for 2025, which are live weeks ahead of its Dec. 9 official opening. The rankings are subject to daily change.
Players who have declared their intent to transfer are rated by 247Sports in their portal system even if they have not officially appeared in the transfer portal.
